Refund & Exchange policy
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase therefore we have made it super easy for you to return if you change your mind with our hassle-free returns process.
We can offer you a refund or exchange provided your purchase meets the following requirements
- Items are returned within 30 days of date delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided with purchase information filled out on the online returns form
- Items are unworn, unwashed, unperfumed without damage from misuse or general wear & tear.
- Item must be in original condition with tags & labels attached
- Items are returned with all original packaging including wipes and cases
- Items are not damaged or scratched and in resealable condition
- Sale/clearance items are non-refundable
- Shipping costs are no-refundable
- We cannot cancel or edit orders once they have been placed
If items are defective, we will provide a replacement or offer you an exchange of equal value upon the receipt of item and an assessment of the defect (fault.)
Returns process (made easy)
- Fill out online return form
- We will send you a returns label free of cost to you
- Pack item(s) in the original packaging. Ensure the package is secure and that the contents are not at risk being damaged during shipping.
- Return at your nearest post shop
- Once we receive your return we will be in touch with acknowledgment and timeframe for processing time. (Approximately 7 days)

Shipping information
It is a priority for us to have your carefully selected sunglasses or accessories delivered to you ASAP.
For this reason, our products are stocked locally in Auckland. Once you place your order, we work on dispatching within 12 – 24hours.
Most orders are delivered overnight, however please allow 2-3 days for delivery in case there are any unexpected delays in the NZ Couriers shipping network.
You will be provided with a tracking number along with shipping confirmation.
For rural delivery please allow an extra 1-2 days.
